My name is Steven, I am a PhD student at Louisiana State University, specializing in American Politics with sub-fields in Comparative Politics and Political Methodology. I study the intersection of race, ethnicity, and gender with politics; specifically looking at the racial politics of police militarization and the way in which social media and technology affect the proliferation and salience of social movements and political activism.
